HISTORY
The company started in July 1972 with modest beginnings addressing the office and residential needs of the Filipino-Chinese community in downtown Manila. From the Chinese hub of Binondo in Manila, with its original company’s name Federal Homes.

After three decades of developing land, the company changed its name in 2002 to become Federal Land, Inc.
